Payroll

The payroll process is simple:  employees enter their timesheets and submit them.  Approvers receive notifications to approve timesheets and overtime.  Once approved, timesheets can be exported.  iNetTime's export module allows the payroll manager to create a one-time export file within minutes.  Once created, all timesheets are exported to a file which can then be imported to any payroll system  (ADP, Ceridian, PayChex, Paylocity, Ultipro, Paylocity, Liberty, etc.).  Our clients boast that before iNetTime "a two and a half day process turned into a five minute process after implementing iNetTime."   

Billing

Overtime can be captured by employee, date, department, location, client/matter, approver, billable, non-billable status and can be exported to Excel for upload into a time and billing system (Elite, Aderant, Juris, Javelan, etc.).
